Why the FCS Playoffs are better: the NCAA has approved 35 bowl games through 2014. That means 58% of FBS/I-A teams will go to a bowl, which in turn means there may not be enough teams with winning records to fill out the slate. A bowl game featuring two teams with 5-7 records?
