BANFA of Butuan defeated MEDVIL of Davao 3-0. Goal scorers for BANFA were Warren Atuel (62�), James Vi�a (66�), & Charles Vincent Gamutan (71�).
Columbia of Davao defeated UM Tagum 3-1. Goal scorers for Columbia were Fransisco Iligan (14�) & Marlon Dimapanag (70�, 90�). The goal scorer for UM Tagum was Mark Ador(4�).
