"AFC cancelled their inspection of Panaad. Apparently light haven't been installed yet.
PSC supposed to provide funds to provide lights but is pleading no budget for this so wants to transfer light from Paglaum Sports Complex.
Dept. of Educ. didn't want to lose lights at Paglaum bec. they would not be able to play night games. They finally signed off on transferring lights."
