THE Cebu Football Association (CFA) is fighting a war on two fronts: against the PFF leadership at the capital and against football stakeholders in its own backyard.
The first war is less arduous as the CFA wages it alongside a good number of disgruntled FAs all over the country, and should culminate in the Board of Directors assembly next weekend in Manila.
The second one�against an uprising that has snowballed�could prove more damaging to the board.
