Manuel Ott , will not be going in October. Ready in December but that could be too late..
Stephan Schr�ck, not ready for Taiwan , but maybe for Laos. Papers are not ready.
Ray Anthony Jonsson . His team escaped relegation and finished 10 of 12 teams in Iceland Premier League. The Iceland season is finished and he should be ready for both Taiwan and Laos.
